• Step 1: Log in to "My Account" using the one-time code sent to your email (no password required) .
• Step 2: Select the order → Click "Request Return".

• Step 3: Choose item(s) and reason → Click "Request Return" to submit.

Note: Damaged/defective/wrong items qualify for free return shipping. This return shipping cost will not be charged if verified.

• Step 4: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing a return shipping label and instructions.
• Step 5: Pack items securely in original packaging with tags attached. Affix the label.
• Step 6: Ship via the designated carrier. Keep your drop-off receipt.
• Step 7: Refunds processed within 10 business days after inspection. Allow 3-5 business days for bank processing.
