Missing item from order.Updated 7 days ago

First, check your Shipping Confirmation email or track your order via the "Track Order" button on our Help Center or log in My Account to see if your order was split into multiple shipments.

If all shipments show as delivered and you are still missing item(s), please contact us at [email protected] immediately with:

  • Your order number.
  • The name or SKU of the missing item(s).
  • Photos of the external shipping label and the inside of the package you received.
  • Photos showing all items actually received in the package.
    We will investigate and resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
