Refunds are issued exclusively to your original payment method. Before initiating a return, please ensure your payment card is active and can receive funds. 

If your card may be unable to accept refunds (e.g., expired or closed accounts), contact us at [email protected] before shipping your return - we can issue store credit instead.

For refunds already processed to inactive cards, please contact your bank directly for retrieval assistance.
